This Privacy Policy explains how Snackseal collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information when you visit snackseal.us, place an order, contact us, or otherwise use our services. The store is operated from the Czech Republic and serves customers in Australia. Shopify provides our ecommerce platform.

## Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

- identity and contact information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing address and delivery address;
- order and transaction information, such as products viewed or purchased, returns, refunds and payment status;
- account information and preferences;
- communications you send to us;
- device and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, cookie information and website interactions; and
- information from Shopify, payment providers, delivery companies, analytics providers, advertising partners and other service providers.

Payment card details are processed by payment providers. Snackseal does not receive or store complete card numbers where the payment provider handles them directly.

- process payments, fulfil and deliver orders, and manage returns or refunds;
- provide customer support and communicate about orders;
- create and manage customer accounts;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the store;

## How we disclose information

We may disclose personal information to Shopify and service providers that help us operate the store, process payments, host data, analyse website use, provide customer support, prevent fraud, market our products, and deliver orders. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect legal rights, or in connection with a business sale or reorganisation.

Service providers may process information in countries outside Australia and the Czech Republic. Privacy protections in those countries may differ. We take reasonable steps appropriate to the circumstances when using service providers and making international transfers.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us. You may still receive non-marketing communications relating to orders, accounts or customer service.
