Shipping policy

Snackseal ships orders to customers in Australia from the Czech Republic.

## Processing time

Orders are normally prepared before dispatch. Processing time is separate from delivery time. We will contact you if an order cannot be dispatched within a reasonable period.

## Estimated delivery

Estimated delivery to Australia is 7–12 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delivery may take longer because of customs processing, carrier disruption, public holidays, severe weather, remote delivery locations, or other events outside our reasonable control.

## Shipping charges

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

## Customs, duties and taxes

Orders sent internationally may be subject to Australian import taxes, GST, duties, customs charges or carrier handling fees. Any amount collected by Snackseal will be shown at checkout. Unless checkout states that these charges are included, the recipient is responsible for charges imposed by Australian authorities or the delivery carrier. We recommend checking applicable import requirements before ordering.

## Tracking and delivery

If tracking is available, tracking details will be sent after dispatch. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.

## Delayed, lost or damaged orders

If an order is substantially delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, email filip.budsky@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and provide any remedy required by Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits your rights or remedies under that law.
